For those of you who are constantly on the go and barely ever even have time to take a luxurious soak in the tub, let alone spend quality time with friends and family, or go to therapy, multi-tasking, organizing and prioritization can be wonderful tools and skill sets to have in your daily life skill arsenal. Since we all now know how incredibly important feeding your mind, body as well as soul is to a highly effective and well rounded individual is, let’s talk about how we can help each other achieve our maximum best with the aid of others who are like minded, or already at a higher level of achievement or consciousness of our goals.

I have found that hiking, walking, and jogging and staring at bodies of water  are essential to my well being. Along with listening to music, dancing and reading, these things are go to’s for instant peace and revival. When I feel out of balance or unchecked, that is always because I have strayed from these for too long a period of time. Because these creative and physical outlets allow me to tap into my inner self, I often have to find ways to do these things while at the same time finding time to listen and be encouraged and coached by people who have already achieved their work/life balance and career and personal achievements.

Podcasts have become a great motivator and therapy session for us. Here at Holiday Rising we have a few go to life coaches and business motivators that help us manage our entrepreneurial efforts and spiritual ideas. We have benefited and grown financially and spiritually from listening to motivational speakers like George Mumford (Mindfulness Coach), Lewis Howes (School of Greatness), Adam Hergenrother (Business meets spirituality) Grant Cardone (Cardone Zone). All of these and a few others that will be mentioned in later posts help us to stay on task with business while at the same time sweating out negativity and working out. Sometimes while out connecting with nature, just listening to these podcasts, we are inspired with ideas that are life changing or greatly increase production in our business lives.

We encourage you to find your “Good Vibe Tribe” as it relates to your career or business. Find people that have found proven success in the area that you are in and immerse yourself in their practices and ideology as it relates to business or career goals. This will help you focus and stay sharp. Just like it is crucial to surround yourself with Family and friends that reflect your inner core, finding your “Good Vibe Tribe” in your work life is essential as well!

Happy Holiday Rising!
