Blueberry Boost! We have been smoothie fanatics here at Holiday Rising for years. Fortunately our youngest Kingston has also inherited a love for the blender! Because of this we are constantly looking for ways to spice up and change up our recipes. Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
What you Need: cups Oat or Almond Flour 2 cups Quick Oats 2 Eggs 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/4 cup Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon Cinnamon 2 tablespoons Salt 1 tablespoon baking soda What you Need To Do: Preheat oven to 350 Line the baking pan with parchment paper (I also like to place a lil butter spray on paper as well….)
