The Perfect Winter Immune Boosting Smoothie
Blueberry Boost! We have been smoothie fanatics here at Holiday Rising for years. Fortunately our youngest Kingston has also inherited a love for the blender! Because of this we are constantly looking for ways to spice up and change up our recipes. We did a bit of research and mashed a couple of our favorite recipes together and added a couple of new ingredients to make a super smoothie perfect for boosting your immune system during the chilly months. Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
What you Need: cups Oat or Almond Flour 2 cups Quick Oats 2 Eggs 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/4 cup Butter 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon Cinnamon 2 tablespoons Salt 1 tablespoon baking soda What you Need To Do: Preheat oven to 350 Line the baking pan with parchment paper (I also like to place a lil butter spray on paper as well….) Mix or beat in bowl, all of the ingredients creating a smooth yet compact dough for folding, or rolling into small batches of balls. Place on Baking sheet and pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
